At JagatKarya Handicrafts, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item
• The product was damaged during shipping
• There is a manufacturing defect

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product/issue
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

📦 Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

💡 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
• In other eligible cases, the customer will bear return shipping costs.
